Due to our personalized approach and private space, our appointments fill up fast, and as a boutique shop, we are drastically affected by no-shows and late cancellations. We require 48 hours’ notice for cancellation. For no-shows and last-minute cancellations, we charge a $50 rebooking fee for your next appointment. Please note that this fee can also be credited toward the purchase of your gown.
